3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Deposit Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

koya9 offers new users a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The specified wagering requirements must be met before a received bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement on a bonus is 25 times (25x) — calculated based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the koya9 platform.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering is completed.
• Claiming another bonus while one is already active is generally not permitted.
• Any attempt to use a bonus fraudulently may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• koya9 reserves the right to modify, limit, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular users can participate in koya9's VIP program. There are four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is up to 0.2% at the Bronze tier, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. Advancement to a higher tier depends on consistent activity on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on koya9. Violating them will result in immediate account termination and associated funds may be confiscated:

• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account on behalf of the same individual or household.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
• Use of Automation: Playing games using bots, scripts, or any other automated software.
• Fraud: Any action taken to deceive other users or the platform.
• Third-Party Payments: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment method.
• Personal Abuse: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive behaviour toward other users or staff.

All content on the koya9 website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, games, and other media — is the intellectual property of koya9 or its associated licensors.

• Reproducing, distributing, or publishing koya9 content for any purpose other than personal use is prohibited.
• koya9's logos or trademarks may not be used without the prior permission of the rights holder.
• Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the platform's software or games is prohibited.

9.2 User's Request to Close Their Own Account
